Hate comments

Have you ever gotten those nasty comments saying how much you're gay or how much your site sucks or even the ones where they start making fun of your parents? Well if so then congrats. I was commenting with emma from dinorawr.info and in one comment she said "You know you've made it when you get haters" and that is so true! These people seem to only go after the sites that are somewhat popular which is when a site owner is usually more comfortable with their site seeing as they are a popular site. Quite honestly I find these comments hilarious. The person rarely gives a name or sometimes they might not give their real name. After reading their rude comment you look to see if they actually left a site and no! Of course not, why would they do that. I mean it's real easy to hate someone's site when you don't even have one, isn't it? It just blows my mind how these people feel they can comment saying whatever they want about you and your site but they don't even have one to show how good they are.

What to do? Well for me what I do when I get this is first I am a little annoyed but soon after I start laughing. I've only actually gotten this once but I have also seen it quite a lot. The time that I did get this comment I decided to blog about because it was just so hilarious. The person tells me that I got my name from braindeadd.net when I didn't even know about this site before creating mine. And I also say in my "domain" page where I did get the name from. Oh and apparently my parents zapped me of all knowledge to be creative. How exactly do they "zap me"? What else did I do? I left it there, you got that right. Since I was blogging about it I figured I could leave it there if anyone wanted to see it. What most people would do is just delete it and that's what I will probably do next time. Or if it's in an e-mail then you could ignore it. That's happened to me twice where I was replying to these e-mails until one of us gave up. In these cases I knew the website and wanted to defend my point but if the e-mail is just pure hate and stupidity then just delete it.

Why would you leave one? There probably aren't many if any haters out there but honestly why do you do it? Doe s it make you feel good or something? One of the many funny things is they will target website that are somewhat popular so do they do it so people will hear about them? Maybe they're just normal people looking at sites like this but maybe more popular and when they get the littlest thought that this person or these people are copying another site they immediately start to think bad things about them. Or maybe they just say the bad things in the comments like "Your mother is whore" just because they can't think of anything else to say. Honestly I find that these people will swear so much and use so many stupid insults it doesn't even make sense. If you're one of those people just think to yourself right now, what are you gaining and why are you actually doing this?

I saw a hate comment on a site. Has this ever happened to you, that you went to a site to comment and saw a hate comment and got somewhat frustrated with it? This may seem stupid but I have actually left a comment and in my comment said something about how stupid that guy is for being a hater. This is a stupid thing to do because the best thing to do is leave it alone, completely. And if you say something about how stupid this person was then you're no better. So yes I did this and now that I think about it, it was a silly thing to do. There's also no need to say anything and it's none of your buisness anyway.

I have to say that I still to this day can't understand why people would actually do this and I don't think I ever will. I guess some people just have the need to bully and cyber bullying is becoming a more common way of doing so. Whether any of you believe it or not, cyber bullying can be quite hurtful and sometimes more hurtful than normal bullying. Of course most people aren't usually too bothered by hate comments seeing as it's one of the most lowest forms of bullying. It's basically just some random idiot finding something that they can use against you and they decide they want comment about it. Except as I mentioned earlier these comments are very stupid and pointless. One last thing I want to say is to never be influenced by what these people say, although sometimes they can be right. A simple review from a smart and nice reviewer would probably say the same things but nicer and with more detail, and you could say that you got your advice from a nice reviewer instead of a rude commenter.
