First Impression: Well, when I first went to your site I first thought "Oh shit, I love it!" which is bad for me as a reviewer seeing as I am supposed to point out your flaws. So I'm going to do my best at this reviewing. Your css and layout is untouchable meaning "freakin' awesome!", lol. But seriously I really love it and it's very unique, I don't think your layout is the best I've seen but it's not bad.

Content: The animations are interesting, I think it might be nicer if you put a few more pictures in the animation and if you edited the pictures more to make the color nicer. But it's a nice idea, keep it up, it's original, and please add more.
The backgrounds, for the most part are amazing, But I don't think you need the code for each one. Maybe you could have a textarea box at the top of that page and then put all the beckgrounds after, so people will just replace the url. Please make more of these but make sure they work, meaning make sure the lines in the backgrounds are all even (know what I mean?).
I'm going to be honest with you, the "blinkies" I wouldn't use, because the text looks pixelated (size should be reduced), and the color in most of them are too different. Maybe instead of choosing white and gold for two colors you could choose gold and a lighter yellow.
Button bases and the icons are okay, nothing special for me. As for the icons I really recomend looking up tutorials on livejournal, I've done that and I still do sometimes and I have learned so much about making icons. The newer Icons are better, but they are (as well as a lot of others) blurry, which really takes away the niceness in the icon.
The 'i love' and 'i hate' quotes as well as the forawrd/rewind signs are alright but I don't see why you are using pixel text, because to me pixel text is supposed to be used at a much smaller size.
I guess the downloads page is good, but I'm just not sure how useful it is. Your subdomain hosting package is interesting, very good idea, I've seen this done on another website but only one so it's for sure original, like a lot content here. I don't really now what you mean about layout providers, don't you make your own? I think you should explain this properly on that page. Art, wow, I got to say congrats! For the most part it's really nice, I'm guessing you're a David Archuletta fan. Well they are really good, keep it up. I read the other pages and they are good, not much else to say here.

Layout/Coding: The layout is very original. I have seen some of your other layouts and I can see that your getting better. The layout is like I just said very original and well done. It's not too complicated and I like the fact that you've put the image map, good job here. I can't really give you much advice for the layout image.
The coding is also really nice, it looks good and original but I can see a couple places where you should tweak it a bit. For some reason the disclaimer text is very small for some reasona dn I think you should have it the same size as the text in your blog/content section. I also think it would be better if the "go stats" button was in the info part of your layout because it doesn't really compliment your layout image. But overall I got to say this is what I love most about your site, and the layout/css is also very original.

Updates/Blog: I can see that you blog quite often and I think you probably update often enough, although because of the database error thing I can't really prove that very well. Your blogs aren't too short nor are they too long, I don't think it's really neccessary to blog too much, you should try and make sure your blogs are a bit more interesting. But overall it's good, the fact that you blog often is a big plus.

Conclusion: I think you have a really nice website and I hope you keep going with this because you're doing really great. You have a lot of originality in your layouts and css, don't lose that. The main part of this review you should think about is the content. Good job and keep it up :)
