First Impression: The first word that comes to mind is original. Seriously, I see a very original site which makes the whole layout that much better. And i'm very sorry to say that your review probably won't be helping you too much because I can't think of much you could do for this site.
Content: I really like your content. You know what my favorite part is? The icons. They look so great and proffesional I honestly think you should make some icon tutorials. Your color palettes, miniatures, small layouts, and ornaments are also quite good and i'm not going to be hard here because I remember you saying that you only got paintshop a little while ago right? If that's so then I think your skills in paintshop are good. I don't quite understand how you make those amazing ornaments so I think it would be awesome if you had tutorials for that. Okay on to your writing, well I can see that when you write for the most part it's pretty short except for the reviews which is okay but it would be cool if you made some more articles or stuff like that with more quantity. Overall I think your content is good and it's also good that you update it quite often, but that's for another section of this review.
Layout/Coding: I look at your layout and I see simplicity, but that's a great thing because you make it work. Your layouts are always very original, very you, very gemma :) I know I see this about all your layouts but this one is probably my favorite partly because the colors are honestly amazing. The only tiny suggestion I have is that your footer is centered, but that's just my tiny opinion trying to find something to tell you that's helpful. The text is very nice, easy to read, and like I said before, it's original. I tested your site on mozilla firefox as well as internet explorer and found it works very well, the text is just a tiny bit different but it's better than mine :)
Updates/Blog: I got to give you three thumbs up here. You update and blog often and compared to some people it's amazing how much you blog and I can't remember a time when you had to take a very long amount of time for a break from your site if any break at all which is great. Your updates are very good and useful and the blogs are quite interesting I find especially since the legendary smilie came along, lol! One thing that I find so awesome is that you reply to comments. This is such an amazing thing because there's way too many people nowadays who "don't feel like it" or "don't have the time" and I think it's so awesome that you do have the time and care enough to reply. It shows your visitors that you actually read what they had to say and that you care about their comment.
Conclusion: This review probably didn't help a whole lot cause I didn't give too many suggestions but hopefully you know how much people like me love your site =). It's very original with some useful content and I can just say to keep doing what your doing.
