dodging
dodging is when you take a picture and make it or part of it look lighter.
This is what i had before:

I know it's not great quality but you see what it does.
So the first thing you do is open your picture and click on the dodge tool:
Now make sure your settings(top of the screen) are about the same as mine it varies with different picture the main thing to keep the same is the range.
Now dodge your picture or at least the parts you want to be done remember it will have no effect on black and white.
