resizing
This is for changing the size of you picture, not for skewing.
1. Open your picture
2. Now go to image > image size or ALT+CTRL+I
3. A window will open and it will say pixel dimensions, just under that you will have your width and height and
you'll notice that when you change the number of one box it changes the other one.
4. Under document size near the bottom it says resolution. When you change this number it will also change the
size. The usual resolution for a picture is 72.
