making pages in smart ftp
This tutorial is showing you how to make pages with smart ftp the way i do it i know theres another and maybe more but the way i do it is good especially transfering all your pages from another site like a freewebs site or another hosted one. anyway i hope this helps...
1. First open smart ftp
2. Now log in unless you already are
3. Then open notepad, if you don't know where it is then go to program files then go in the folder called accesories then notepad
4. Now make your page with all the html stuff then save as watever you want but remember to put .html, .htm, .php or any of those kind of things(lol i'm so proffesional)
5. Open the smart ftp window and now you have two options you can go to commands at the top then upload > direct > select. or you can right click somewhere on the window with the link then go upload > direct > select.
6. Now you'll see a new small window that pops up. Now it's really simple all you got to do is click add files and add them. Remember you can add as many as you like. Then click ok and it'll start to upload thema
